Poor customer service

On December 5 my myspace account was apparently hacked. I wrote six emails to there customer service. I get meaningless responses like "make sure you are usng the correct user id and password".
They tell me to use the password recovery option but as I have explained to them I also am unable to access that email address.
Just becasue it is a free service does not mean a person should expect some level of customer service.in the meantime, a stranger is probably spamming my friends list.
