I requested some rolodex cards plus they published the rules in it. I went throught the whole procedure to fix the problem and after 4-5 emails the ultimate reaction was deliver the cards back and we will return your cash. I named to ask how they intend to reimburse the delivery costs I'll get and was laughed at with a consultant and informed " your a large child do anything you need" after which hungup on. I named to consult with a boss who hardly talked language, possibly only a call-center, and he or she stated the same. I'm never using the services of the corporation again. I invest more than 10,000$ annually together which is how they handle their clients.
