I requested 6 personalized groomsmen presents on Feb. 24th from National bridal. On March 19th I named since the site had stated these products haven't been delivered out yet. After I named I had been on-hold for atleast 10 moments simply to discover the item was on backorder until May 16th. Our wedding is Mid-April! The continued to express that they've been on backorder since early Feb. After I requested the web site didn't suggest that, normally I'd haven't requested the merchandise. I had been also NOT informed that I'd not obtain them by my required number later then day.
They ultimately ended the purchase after I reported and stated that I really could purchase another thing and that I could easily get fast delivery. To obtain this I'd to call-in and consult with the exact same individual. After I called in to put the purchase I had been placed on store for another 10 units after which the phone call was decreased. They named me back and that I requested a problem plus they stated they have to consult with the supplier and might contact me in 1-hour. I eventually obtained a return telephone call 18 hours later. I told this woman that I've chose to purchase with another organization, she was really rude and stated good and hungup.
AVOID NATIONAL BRIDAL, easily did not contact I actually do believe I'd have now been informed and might have been without groomsmen gifts!
