I got nailed, the same as many others, with my first months bill.

When I called to question the billing, I was given the story that my first payment included charges for equipment and service of 145.75 but did not include an additional service charge. Ok, we wait for the next month's bill.

I get a bill for 171.00. I call and talk with "Mike" and get a case number to refer to if I have any more questions and I get one of the most condescending and surly explanations I have ever received from a so-called service company. I am being charged double this month because I wasn't billed for my service the first month and they had to make up the lack... HUH?

Ok. I like it when some company whips me, beats me etc. So we're waiting for this months billing. I suppose I'm simply going to keep track of all these charges and when they add up to the advertised cost of this freaking ripoff, I'm going to authorize only the advertised cost of the service and inform my credit card company they are not to allow anything larger.
We'll see what happens.
