Ripoff, dishonest, rude, broken products, down right scums con-artist

I had been watching ShopNBC and I just had to have this computer. It had everything I was looking for in a computer. I listened to the testimonials of all of these satisfied, happy, pleased customers, how good customer service is and so on. THATS A BUNCH OF CRAP.

When I received my computer I was so happy, I told everyone about what a good deal this was. Well I hooked everything up and my cd/dvd drive was not working at all. I didn't get any of the software that was suppose to be included and to make things worse, when I called Viscom customer service they were horrible. I thought that maybe it was just this one person and she wasnt having a great day but come to find out every customer service worker I spoke to was having a bad day (rude). I have made so many calls it was crazy. Mind you I received my computer April 12 and today is June 10. I have made over 20 calls to this so called company.

Well they sent me the software a week after I received the computer system and they sent me RMA stickers to send the tower back. I was going to sent the whole computer back and just order another system. They wanted me to pay shipping and handling. WHY? Im sending the darn thing back because it came to me not working. I called Viscom and asked to speak to a Supervisor and they would not let me speak to one. The person on the other end (im not calling him a customer service worker because apparently thats not what he is) was so rude I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I have dealt with so many other companies and have NEVER in my entire life experienced anything like this, (dealing with this so called company).

I wish that something could be done about these scam artist. Help
