I ordered 2 products from this company. The prices that they quoted foer many products were amazing. So I placed an order. They utilize Yahoo! Shopping as their payment processor, so the transaction was quick and easy.
When they needed additional information regarding my credit card security code, they were very responsive, and responded to my email inquiry within hours. However, when 1 item failed to ship, I contacted them numerous times, and as of this writing, they have not replied to my emails.
It has been more than a week, therefore it is safe to assume that they think that I will just go away.
My suggestion is to steer clear of these folks. Better to pay a little more money, and deal with a reputable company than get ripped off.
