I made the biggest mistake of subscribing to Get Response's autoresponder for an entire year. After about 4 months, I decided to cancel the service because it was of no benefit. Yes, I understand the policy about cancelling after 30 days, but... I want to make sure everyone else is aware that if you decide to cancel beyond 30 days, regardless of the time remaining, you will not get a refund. This is not good business and the policy needs to be changed.
This company's home office, in case you missed it, is in Poland. Look around there are other autoresponder companies.
Also, phone support is only available for PRO and Premium accounts only. So, in order to get support, you must pay!
