GoDaddy Pathetic Service and No Support or Refund

I purchased a 2 year hosting plan through GoDaddy.com on March 1. On March 3 I requested a refund of my money because their service was so bad. It is now March 7 and I have not received a response. I have now sent 4 requests for a refund and for them to remove all of my information from their servers and still no response.

I have read countless reports of poor service and inadequate support. Even major security flaws and this company is still operating! There is something seriously wrong with the way the world works if a company can continue to function like this for years.

I read the user agreement and terms and can recall reading that if I decided to cancel my service within 30 days they would charge me a 'fee' but it didn't say what that fee would be. That should have been my first clue.
I read the same user agreement today and read that they do not even have a refund policy in place. If you cancel too bad for you no money back.
