Over charged for service. Slow service, untrustworthy

I dropped off my Dell laptop at cheapest geeks for a diagnoses after a few days dustin called me and told me I had viruses after a quote of $179 he told me to repair it, he said it would be a couple of days. I recieve my laptop back a few days later $269. He said he did his homework and installed the best antivirus. I got it home and could'nt get the wireless to work after calling Dustin several time lie after lie he came by to see if he could get working found out he had enter my security key in wrong, up and running for a month and a half down again can't connect wireless or hardline, needless to say I take it back to dustin they have the laptop 1 month no call no nothing I call and ask whats going on, response were still diagnosing it. This was the diagnoses you have viruses and some bad sectors $179 more. I went and pick up my computor.
