My laptop computer showed i had multiple viruses. Pop-up showed a deal for a lifetime antivirus program for $79.95, ordered it. Viruses were cleared from my laptop but now viruses are back and the antivirus software i brought is no where to be found on my laptop. How can i get my money back? What's my next step?
