Dishonest unprofessional unsatisfactory service Ripoff

To whom it may concern:

I took my laptop to this store around the second week in March, and it took them about a week and a half to tell me that my motherboard was fried, after hearing this i gave them permission to go ahead and fix my laptop, every since then I've been different stories from the employees there about my laptop, I don't know what's going on with nor do I they call and tell me. Every time I've called up there they feed me some lamb excuse, about why it isn't ready, but that's not the bad part; I called up there about two weeks ago, and was told my laptop would be ready that day, so I went ahead and paid for it over the phone, cause I'm currently overseas and I didn't want my wife to have to deal with paying for it; so I paid for it, and my wife went to pick it up and they told her they had to order another part for it. Since then I've been trying to get my money put back on my card since they haven't finished my laptop, and they are refusing to do so. These people are very unprofessional and I would advise people to stay away from this place. I am currently overseas and that's how I communicate with my wife, so this is causing me alot of headaches right now.
