Gateway to hell

I bought a gateway computer in early february 99 the system does
not work! They have sent me replacement graphics cards twice. This
problem has been going on now for 2 months!!! I want to get my
money back, or at the very least fix the problem and get something
gratis for my troubles. When I ask for an upgrade video card or
mother board (which they now are trying to replace) all they say is
" We can only do Like for Like"... Like my time and
agravation is not worth anything
