Horrible Experience

I put an order with RoadMice. I told them-it was something special and requested them to incorporate something special card or notice within the bundle. It got four weeks to allow them to deliver out my purchase. They didn't incorporate a gift-card or notice. Once the individual obtained it, he didn't understand who it was from. RoadMice explained it'd provide me a reimbursement because of the inordinately long-time it required to load my purchase. I never received the reimbursement. I published a notice towards the operator of the organization. He didn't react. No notice, no telephone call, no mail, nothing. Beware should you business with this particular organization.
