I requested a product online 4/6/09. I had been charged 4/9/09.

Waited, waited, waited... No bundle within the email.

Waited, waited, waited... No mail notice, concept, update.

5/6/09 I email and ask why I was charged 3 days later, did not recive the package, no email, no notice, no update, ecetera. S

I recieved an email 5/7/09, saying oh, we are sorry this item is out of stock. Let's understand what you wish to do.

I sent back, really upset they couldn't take some time earlier or without me needing to arrived at them to confirm that which was happening to return my money 5/8/09

I still haven't obtain my reimbursement 5/20/09.

I'm really annoyed I requested this product out of this organization. I've never received such bad support or neglect once an individual has settled.

This IsN't a great organization to-order from should you want to understand if your purchase is coming or not and do not be prepared to get your cash in 1/10th of times it required for the cash to become obtained by them.
