Fraudulently charged credit card

I signed up for a 3 month membership only. I looked carefully bto see that there was no "automatic renewal " since this is a feature I NEVER use. Apparently I was Not careful enough. As soon as the renewal appeared on my credit card I tried to cancel. Now they say that if I follow certain procedures I can stop the next renewal but not this one. It can't be stopped, cancelled, refunded or in anyway ended and the $15.00 fee is theirs even though I am not using their service.

It's also really cute how they give you no way to contact a human being. They show a phone number, you call it and it tells you to go to the internet and than hangs up with no other options.
