They send me a Sim Card that is not fitting the phone. Physically it is not the right sim card. Their web site offers a 100% money back guaranteed. Some conditions of that would be to follow up with tech support and do all trouble shoot before requesting returns. So fare they have not even responded to the tech support request to solve the problem let alone to the return RMA#. They are trying to stall and make it so difficult hoping you will let the $40 go and move on. Very irresponsible business man, falsely advertising 100% money back guarantee. This is a one man show trying to make money on the net yet not consumer protection available ageist businesses like this one.
