Billing ripoff for Computer staging services to Marriott

I found out this company has been billing Marriott Inc for computer staging services that we used to do for Marriott. I verified this through a contact with employee who handles the accounting and billing. And the one employee who left the company, and another who still is employed with Tanager.

The specific overbillling situation related to Marriott changing to a new computer server. Tanager was just required to configure the hardware then ship out all the respective hardware, and NOT perform the lengthy software installtion. Tanager then billed Marriott for staging services of hardware configuration AND SOFTWARE INSTALLATION. Thats not right and thats FRAUD. This was done for 2 or 3 properties, billing for complete staging services, when only the hardware was configured and shipped out, without software.

I was told that if Marriott ever found out and questioned Tanager, the response would be "Oh, were sorry, must have been a billing oversight".
