I would like to bring your attention a complaint I have about the billing or payment at your site. I am frustrated and annoyed by this, and I hope you are able to resolve this situation.

I am writing this to you (again) because this problem has not been properly resolved. My account currently shows $94.07 is due. This is simply an incorrect amount. Near the end of the auction for which this fee is for I attempted to cancel ALL the bids and end the auction early. Unfortunately, there was a problem with your system making my attempts unsuccessful.By the time eBay was accessable to me the auction had ended. I have contacted the high bidder trying to explain the situation, but she has been unreasonable and expected me to sell her the items in the auction. I explained that there was a problem with eBays system and that I
attempted to cancel the auction early. She decided to leave negative feedback anyway. My order number is 2165833063.

I would definitely think twice before spending money at your site again, and I don't think I can recommend EBay to my friends and family.

Here's what I'd like to see happen: I am asking that the fees associated with the sale of
the auction be credited. I have no problem paying the listing fees, but to ask me to pay for a system error that eBay had is unjust. If after explaining this to you I am still to be held accountable for eBays mistakes then I will have no choice but to refer this matter to my State Attorney Generals Office. This complaint will also be posted at the Better Business Bureau website (http://www.bbb.org/), my3cents (http://www.my3cents.com/), usacomplaints.com (http://usacomplaints.com/), and The complaint station (http://www.thecomplaintstation.com/). Also, it is very hard to find anyplace on your WWW pages that allow me to send you any type of correspondence. If you could provide an email address this could expedit the communication process.
