Radiator Listing Ended for Using the Words As New in Title

I recently listed a pair of 700w radiators on ebay for auction on the 5th of January 09. On the day that the auction was due to end ebay decided to end my listing and cancel the bids on it as it was apparently "breaching ebay policy" as in the title it had the words "As New" I put that the radiator was "As New" because it had been used however the condition was "As New". I didn't decide to list these things because I'm rolling in money! It has really annoyed me that Ebay decided to end the listing when there was quite a lot of interest in the item, if they decided to end it within the first couple of days I wouldn't of minded as much as there were no bids.

Another thing that is also very annoying is that they ended it and then told me that it was eligible for relisting, which means that I will have to pay another listing fee and the chances are that the people who are interested in it will not bid again as they do not trust me as a seller!

I believe that this is just another way to gain money out of its customers, as the reasons for cancelling listing for keyword spamming were "use of inappropriate keywords it the title for gaining attention" and the use of "brand names" has my listing title "as New" got anything to do with these policies? I think not!
