Ripped off and no laptop in return

In October made a downpayment of $116.34 and a second payment of $116.34 on 11/15/07. I never received the laptop.

When I contacted the company, I spoke with James and was told that there was problems with the shipment and it would be 3 to 4 more weeks. Waited and still received nothing, called back and was told that they were not sure why they had not received my laptop from the warehouse, was told they would call me back. I called multiple more times and many times left messages and didn't receive a call back. When someone finally did answer, I was told the same thing, that he would look into it and get back to me.

Finally, I called and the phone had been disconnected.

Is there something that can be done about this?
