On 02/18/08 we ordered a laptop with American Express card requesting a 2 day delivery. We received confirmation of order still not recd. Several calls made. No call back

On 02/18/08 We ordered a laptop and paid extra for a two day delivery. We received confirmation of order via email. Received email stating item was shipped however we contacted the company and spoke with James who informed us that the email stating the item was shipped was done in error and that as soon as the next shipment came in we would get our laptop

Edealz continues to advertise this particular laptop on their website however for $20.00 more than what we ordered for. We spoke with James more than once and the story told to us kept changing. Also spoke with Marisol who basically said the same thing however it has been at least three weeks since the last time they answered the phone.

We have made many attempts to contact them and left messages which are never answered. - FYI - Two days after we ordered the laptop, Edealz changed its business model 'they became a buying club' to purchase from them one had to join and pay a yearly fee.

We have filed a report with 'The Better Business Bureau' in Colton, California'.

We also discovered another change to their website. They now claim to be Google partners. We tried to contact Google to verify this however we had no success.
