Charged after cancellation, rip off, scam, don't answer phones, don't answer live chat, during office hours

After I cancelled my initial trial membership, gay.com and planetout.com kept charging my crediit card for membership. Their website says they are open from 9am to 6pm 7 days a week. Apparently they are so hung over that no one is in the office to answer emails, phone calls or return phone calls. They have repeatedy charged me 11.99 per week since then. This is a rip off and all potential customers should know your credit card information is not safe with these two cocmpanies.
