Onlinesupplier billed my credit card before the trial expired, never returned emails or phone calls. Ripoff

I responded to an ad via Ebay regarding setting up your own store online. The information was free except for the $1.95 shipping charge. A soon as I received the information I went to the website and played around with it.

I decided that it was not for me so I called the 800 number to cancel my trial. I was on hold for almost 2 hours when I got hung up on. I called again and wrote down the email address to contact the company. The message said to expect a response in 24 hours. I did not email that day instead I went online to check my checking account balance only to find out that onlinesupplier.com had already billed me. Keep in mind that I had not yet had the information for three days. I then immediately called again.

Once more I waited and never received an answer. I got hung up on again an hour after being on hold. I sent an email to the help@onlinesupplier.com via yahoo (yes I kept a copy) I explained that my account had been charged before the trial time expired.

I canceled the membership and demnaded a credit be made to my account. I gave 48 hours. No response. I then went to the website and sent an email via the customer service section. No response. I have filed a dispute with my bank but in the mean time I have overdraft fees that have to be taken care of. I will be amazed if onlinesupplier.com responds.

In one way or the other this company is a scam. If it was not emails and phone calls would be returned. I have read responses from company employees that this company does not give refunds and that the terms are clearly spelled out. Yes it is but the company gives the customer very little means to cancel. If you can't get to a person you can't cancel. Well I kept my email and I have verification from the post office when I received the item from the company so I have plenty of proof that the company charged me before the trial expired (14 days0. I would like to see what the response is to this one.
