Will not communicate if dissatisfied Internet

I purchased one software program only to find I had made a mistake. I immediately contacted seller. Seller said if I purchased second software program they would refund first. I followed their directions. After purchasing the second program, my computer would not complete installation and could not verify the software (even though it should have met system requirements as described by seller). I immediately contacted seller requesting a refund. After a few bogus emails, all communication ended with my last two emails left unanswered. I am now left with TWO software programs I cannot use. I have filed two disputes with paypal.

Be wary of this company. There is no phone number or accountability!!
