LG Innovations - 1 DVD Copy Pro - advertised 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. Software describes copy protection removal. For encrypted DVD instructions advise downloading decryption software DVD43. DVD 43 does not support 64 bit Windows Vista, therefore 1 Click Dvd Pro is useless.
Sent email to customer support 2X and no response. No address or customer support phone no. To contact. No refund as advertised. $79.00 down the drain.
