Still not refunded me after i returned 2 dvd box sets back to seller Beijing

I bought 4 dvd box sets off a seller on www.ioffer.com and returned 2 back and 1 got destroyed by play.com because the investigators said the copy was fake, thats the reason i sent 2 other box sets back and the seller promised to refund me my money back but still not received it off them and they r refusing to answer my emails now. I bought them on the 24th march for 266usd. I have proof of return and proof of communication and proof of purchase and everything u need just let me know.
