Incomplete DVD sets received and refund never issued

I purchased DVD sets, The Rookies and Fury, on 11/23 and at first I got the wrong sets. Then when I finally got the sets, they were incomplete. They were supposed to be complete sets. I was in contact with Rene Sadler by email, who was helping me until after I returned the sets in May. Since then I have had no response to emails, so I called the phone number on the website, 973-500-3122. All they kept telling me to do was send emails to the customer support team from the website. They have ignored my emails and to this date I still haven't gotten my refund.
