Wesaveyou$ eBay seller eBay/PayPal
Defective product, no communication or refund

Wesaveyou$ eBay owner offered me an item, on 5/28/09 with many apparent flaws, apart from those outlined in market.

I left negative comments to which he was permitted to response with misinformation he understood was unnecessary to my criticism. I've no choice, on eBay, to create this obvious. I'm an eBay customer and vendor with 100% positive feedback and till this issue haven't quit an adverse feedback.

Although wesaveyou$ has 170 bad feedback, within the last 12 weeks eBay provides him a feedback rating of 98.6%!!! This misleads other individuals who may contemplate purchasing out of this seller.

After 3 months without any reaction from him about that issue I submitted a state with PayPal, who assured this market and instantly increased it to some state per Pay Pal’s guidelines on 6/22/09. PayPal didn't recognize the state till nowadays, after I submitted it to get a second-time

In a nutshell, I'm left unhappy from the steps/inactions of wesaveyou$ or e-bay/PayPal (PayPal is possessed by eBay).in an easy issue of obviously faulty product I've been not able to obtain any type of fulfillment; and sometimes even immediate contact (I did so get a handful of unresponsive car-reactions) from the different parties concerned.
