Poor Service All Around

I have recently had web service switched through Cox communications after looking around for support, as I employ to be always a Cox client previously. And that I must of never returned for their terrible support, but we within Vegas have little option as Cox has many providers monopolized. And so I delivered (sadly), I registered to get a marketing of 8mps DSL for $29.99 for that first six months. But obviously the web velocity does not actually operate near to that, not really half. The only path they are able to repair it is deliver a specialist, which obviously I've to cover and negets the savings in the marketing. The sole additional answer would be to limit support to slower net rates, but I am confident these will not be the things they guarantee possibly, therefore where does it finish? The client support may be the toughest undoubtedly of any assistance traces, really unhelpful, and uncomfortable to cope with. This company isn't worthwhile.
