Poor customer service, overcharged, no help

Chose to update to DVR support and make the most of a marketing. They'd no DVR devices for collection in the location workplace for just two months lastly could get one plus they stated the marketing was over. They offered me the DVR and believed to try calling customer support. I named customer support and was advised to poor. Today the marketing is back on 2 weeks later and also the however wont honer it. I spend $160 per month which is how they handle me. I'm going to be searching for satellite today. Save your self the frustration and simply opt for satellite.
