SOLO Communications, through Improved Billing Solutions, so-called I registered to get a fax/voicemail service after I named to ask about the support. Despite the fact that they insisted I registered online for that support, I guaranteed them used to do not which clearly anything deceptive have been completed in my own name. The CSR instantly agreed to stop the support and refund my cash (a few months of costs), but stated it'd consider 1-2 billing cycles to determine the reimbursement. Therefore, we will have when they continue their finish.
