AT&T
DSL installed four days late and slower than promised speed

These guys are idiots and that is given the name idiot a bad reputation. They not only installed my service four days late I spent five hours on the phone with them. And then when the service was lower speed than promised they told me that the promised speed was actually a range depending on the day, how far we were from their center and if someone controlling it was PMSing or not.

Don't do it, don't jump into AT&T jump off the nearest building instead.
