They are very sneaky and definately not up front about the extra fees. They did not call to confirm charging my card $81.32, they claimed they sent me a confirmation e-mail which I didn't receive. I was sent two other e-mails from the other companies I was "automatically" signed up for, I canceled with them, but some how I never received an e-mail or cancelation number from cashsecretclub, so since I didn't cancel within 7 days it is an automatic non-refundable charge. I didn't even log in to their website they charged me for using, but since I didn't cancel in time I have to pay for something I didn't even use. When I called their customer service the first person told me they didn't know why I had a charge, that they didn't charge me and to call 1-888-535-5334, which I did, and found it was a disconnected number. I called their customer service back again and they told me that I must be confused no one told me that, and the reason why the first person didn't explain the charges is because I didn't ask. I tried to call back to see if I could just get a refund and they told me that I was annoying and hung up on me. This is definately a scam, and these people have no integrity, all they want is money.
