Mis-direction, false advertising, refused to refund money that was deducted with out my knowlege

In the original contact information that I received all the documentations spoke about using links that Google posted to your Google account then you were to post these links on your blog and websites ie my space and facebook. The fee to get instant access and register to start posting links was supposedly only $1.95. On the link that I registered with there was no terms agreement button. I received a confirmation email and special log in code.

Once I logged in I was immediately wary of what I was seeing. It was not information or registration for posting links fed to me from Google it was information on how to use ebay to make money and how to market an ebay store. Several times in the last 10 days I have been called and each time in speaking with the "Company Representative" I requested my "account" to be canceled. At no time did they tell me that I had to call another number or speak to someone other then the person I was on the phone with.

On day 10 my bank account was charged $81.32. None of the documentation I received or read said anything about a 7 day trial period. When I called the customer service number listed in the email the first rep I talked to refused to listen and said I hit agree so I was bound and couldn't receive a refund. He told me the terms of service could be found at another address. Upon researching and going back and looking at the original like I used to find this company the TOS is NOT linked to an accept or decline.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor the rep hung up on me. I called back and spoke to another rep and was told the same thing. When asking to speak to someone who was in charge I was told that "he had all authority to help me". I was also told that Supervisors don't take phone calls. When I explained that I had spoken to someone who had called me representing the company I was told that was impossible because they don't make out bound calls. I received calls from a 1-800-903-1327 number numerous times and was told I was speaking to a representative from HotBusinessMarket/Cash Secret Club. When I told this to the rep he asked me if I recorded the calls, and if I didn't I had no proof that someone from their company actually spoke to me, and I had no proof that they canceled my account and was out of luck because the company has a no refunds policy.
