Registered one domain for hosting and email, and a second for advanced hosting with emails but nothing has been upgraded and no one answers the phone or responds to emails

I have eight domains registered with Domain-Maniac. On April 9 of this year, I upgraded one of them to a hosted domain with an email, and on April 21 of this year I purchased advanced hosted for another domain with email. To date, I have not been upgraded.

Recently, I was able to reach an associate by telephone (twice) and they both informed me to "give it a few days to make the changes". Well, I went on vacation, came back, nothing is upgraded, and now the phone rings busy all the time. I was going to fax but just read another report which indicates they do not respond to their faxes, so I will save my dime on sending anything that way. I, too, have been informed that the site I hosted is about to expire. Are there any people at Domain Maniac who would like to respond to this issue?

So, it would seem that I have just lost my $290.00 - does that make me happy? NOT!
