Took $98 from my account after i cancelled everything On-line

I ordered a gov't grant cd for$1.98 and after watching it decide it was worthless to me so I called and cancelled anything further from the company.

They just now took $98.04 from my bank account which caused a $20.00 overdraft and now they can't be reached by phone. I went to the website they directed me to for a refund and cancelization of anything further and they are ignoring my email even though they promise to respond within 48 hours. I want and need my money refunded immediately!!!
