Never Sent Products, Cancelled Order & Never Reimbursed My Money Aurora, Illinois

I ordered numerous items from this "business" and paid through PayPal. When the order appeared delayed, i attempted to contact the site owners. I was told that some items were sold out and they were waiting for them to restock before sending out the complete order. When that did not seem to be happening either, i managed to locate the phone number of the business and reached the owner "Dean". He assured me that the order was shipping shortly. This all occurred right around the time limit of the PayPal dispute window. I should have just filed anyways, but missed it believing that the owner was legit. My mistake. He has yet to further respond, send products, or reimburse my purchase of $123.24. His phone number now only goes to voicemail. He is no longer a PayPal vendor. This guy is scamming people and i want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
