Roe Sales
Absolutely horrid service

I ordered horse supplies from Roe Sales on Feb 13. Received a confirmation that my order was placed. Weeks go by and I hear nothing from them. Money has not been taken out of my account. No shipping confirmation, nothing. I try to call them, the phone goes to voicemail to a "Linda", voicemail doesn't say anything about "Roe Sales" Continue to try and contact them for an update on my order, phone is either busy or goes to voicemail. I find another number to try, either is busy, or just keeps ringing.

I send numerous emails trying to get some form of contact from them. I get an automatic response within 1 minute saying they received my email and will be in contact with me shortly. I got fed up and called my bank to see if they ran the approval of my card. It's been 3 weeks, and they never even approved the transaction. Never authorized that the card was valid.

I cancelled my card and got a reissue. I don't recommend anyone to do business with them. If they are a legitimate company, they sorely lack the customer service skills to satisfy anyone. I know someone else that ordered from them about 10 days ago, paid with paypal. The money was taken out of the account, and she hasn't heard from them about her order either. She opened a dispute with paypal.
