Nightmare... AS USUAL! Deceptive inrollment technique

As usual. Verizon does it again! When I enrolled with Verizon. They had an enrollment special for their DSL Internet of $12.99 for six months. And then for the rest of the time $17.99 a month... Which I agreed to. Then after one year. I called and agreed for them to bill me seperately for my regular phone service and my Internet Service. I pay all my bills on-line through BillPay. And last month with our agreement. I did pay them seperately.

Well this month... They billed them together and upted the Internet bill to $19.99 a month. And their taxing etc. Is so difficult to understand etc. And when you try to call and get it straightened out. They send you to India. And understanding those people is unbearable. I have nothing against anyone. But my good God. I like to try to resolve a problem with someone that I can understand. Verizon. As well as many other companies like to get your credit card number... And when they do..in plain words..

All Hell Breaks Loose... And then you really have problems and it is so difficult to resolve. And this is why I refuse to do it. I've had enough problems in the past. So now. If I can't pay on-line through Bill-pay. And directly out of my checking account—which I control. Not the companies. I just won't do it. So as far as I am concerned... They had a Bill and Switch policy with this enrollment. With no notification as to the increase. And if my memory serves me right..

I believe that they got in trouble in for past for this same thing... I hope that a lawyer sees this. And creates a Class-Auction suit to them... They deserve it! I am new to this website... And it is wonderful. And I shall recommend it highly to everyone in my address book. And encourage them to do the same to all of their friends. And maybe these companies can learn. That this is America. And We just won't take it anymore!
