Major screw ups... Can't get anything right

If anyone has had problems out of Dell Financial they know the problems I have been through. From not getting what I ordered to not having customer service that understands you to lord forbid having to deal with their financial services. They put hidden charges on your account, charge you for making payments by phone or online and do not credit your account if you make extra payments. My account was paid off over two years ago and they still show it delinquent on my credit and will not correct the problem. All I can say is if you want harassed to death with no recourse or help... Get a Dell
