Slow or Non Posting of Payments

I have 3 accounts with dell financial all due on different dates, and all have different account numbers. My payments are setup to be paid by bank draft. I have had payments from my bank take as long as 30 days to be posted to my account.in the mean time I get two or three calls a day from the Indian collection agency demanding and threatening that if i don't pay I will have big problems. My attorney, told me to not even make a payment until dell got my account corrected however I get threatening calls if account is one dy past due. I live in texas, this company can't place a lean on me because I do not own property. Watch out for lying members at the credit office. I have all my check copies. Plus they jack up intrest to exhobitant rates.
