Takes your money and provides poor service/no service

My photography studio posted a job on iFreelance and was contacted by phone by Andrew at Bullshark marketing. He made an offer (outside of iFreelance) that was within our budget and promised delivery within a few days. We were able to view a portfolio of his/their work online and were pleased with what we saw and decided to contract with him.

Because our order was complicated (although not unreasonably so) we were very paitent and gave a month for project completion. Still, we were assured the project would be finished properly and quickly. This turned out to be a lie.

As soon as the check was cashed, Bullshark became difficult to communitcate with. It would often take several emails or phone calls to get a response, and it was always an excuse and a promise to deliver the completed website within the next day or two. That time would elapse, and nothing would happen.

This company does not deserve to be in business. The work the did produce is extraordinarily amateur, and was never to specification, nor is it on the professional par we believed it would be. They have a nice portfolio online and can promise you the moon, but you'll be left with a lackluster job that leaves you feeling very cheated.

At the time of this report, we are still waiting for our website to be completed or for a refund.

I also find it questionable that their mailing address isn't available online. "Caveat Emptor, " I suppose.

They may offer a low price, but it isn't worth the headache dealing with them—and in the end you won't have what you requested (and they promised) anyway!
