Slavik Y Russu aka Yaroslav Russu - referred to us by Trent Broers.
Construction worker Slavik Russu promised us to redesign and rebuild our store and gave us pricing to do so. Even with due diligence to make and sign the contract for work to be performed and price to be paid, Slavik Russu has taken all money for project and not completed work promised. He has completed possibly 25% of project and his excuse for not finishing has continued to be that he ran out of money or had personal financial problems that he needed to use our contracted money on to fulfill! He also had a sob story for us and is now running away and not answering phone calls or replying to emails. Our mistake: trusting this builder and working with him.
We have spent $15000 on him to only have him paint a few walls for us and install lights that don't even work properly from IKEA.

Complete scam artist and fraud. My family and I are so upset and don't know how to recover our costs as he claims to have no money to either finish the project as promised or refund us the money.
