Web Xites Fraudulent & Deceptive ripoff Website billing

We are a small business that is very busy, in early March I received a call from WebXites, who said she was not a telemarketer but wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. She was very fast talking and keep asking questions that had an obvious YES answer. She made having our own website sound great and if we didn't like it all I had to do was notify them by the end of the 14 day free trial.

I didn't have to wait that long, the website was really BAD, not even user friendly. I notified them immediately, March 13th to be exact and I thought it was over.

When my phone bill came this month, imagine my surprise to see 2 months charges on it for $39.95 each from WebXites. I called them, not only did they deny that I had cancelled, they wouldn't even consider a credit. My phone company was nice enough to take it off my bill, but now what?

These people are very pushy and won't admit to any wrong doing at all.
