Manipulative ripoff marketing techniques claiming authorization to open account

Webxites called my company and a warehouse worker gave them our fax number thinking it was a customer. They claimed he had opened an account for the company and had scheduled a $200 charge to come on our phone bill. The customer service agent named jeremy was very rude but did eventually close the account, and cancel the bill. Luckily we caught it in time but BEWARE this company is manipulative and dishonest.
