Planejobs.com took my money, did not wanna give it back, while i was still in a free trial. No communication from their side!

On February 24th of 2009 I singed up for a pilots job search website named Planejobs.com. Up forehand I had to pay 79 dollars for a year membership thru PayPal. This membership came with a 10-day free trial. Although I cancelled my account on February the 27th (within the 10-day free trial), this company just kept the money anyways.

After two responding emails from them (basically saying that I was hooked on it now) communication stopped. Correspondence is only possible via their email address listed on their website. After numerous attempts I didn't get any response. I even sent them an email stating that I would give them time until April 15 to solve things and give me my money back, again with no response either. Afterall I noticed that I don't have access to my Planejobs account anymore at this time.

PayPal denied my dispute, because as they say he delivered the product. Yes he did, but I had a ten-day free trial and I cancelled it. The website address information that I get from my anti virus program on his URL is false.

I strongly feel that I have to bring this person to court for justice, not only for me but even more for any other future potential victims. I have everything I need to back up my case. I'm working on a subpoena court order to get this persons address, in order to start the case in court.
