Free Trial. What free trial?

As far as I know a free trial it's free. I signed up for it, the charged my card instantly, when I realized it I cancelled the membership, sent an email requesting my money back. Which never happened.
Since they had already taken my money I decided to check it out, but since I had cancelled the membership, they want my money again.

I think there are grounds for class action suit against them, after reading all the reviews.

I hate when people rip me off. What gives them that power?
