Berkeley Pharmaceuticals
Ripoff, unauthorized charges to credit card

Health & Medicine

You may be familiar with the slick TV ads from this company for Altovis and other name-brand products that sound like wonderful supplements from a reputable company. However, when you order your so-called free trial sample online, you are agreeing to let them send you regular shipments and keep charging your credit card for them. This is BEFORE you even get a chance to use the 30-day trial!!!

I found out about this before I even got my "free" trial in the mail. So I called to cancel my "Free trial" (you pay for shipping—this is clear) and even got a cancellation number from the operator. But the shipment still came to my house (I refused it marked Return to Sender) and i was still billed for the free trial shipping and handling.

If i get another shipment, I am going to cancel my credit card and see what they do. This is a crappy way to do business. It is nothing less than deceptive. Too bad, I would really have given this product a try.
