Debbie Minute Repeated harassing by email. Misrepresentation of photos which they falsely claim to own. Contacting my business associates to file infringement reports. They are Tracking my IP address

Debbie Minute the owner of Artzycookies.com ordered some boxes from me to be used for a photo shoot for the magazine Todays Bride. I gave permission for her to use them in the magazine only. She asked me if I would be interested in going into a semi business together. During our negotiations for prices, I realized she was trying to get information to copy my boxes to recreate them. So I ended all potential business negotiations.
Miss Minute sent me photos of the photo shoot from Today's Bride and informed me that I could use them for my sites. After realizing that she had listed my boxes for sale at her online cookie store (listed above) I realized she was selling my boxes without my permission. I notified her numerous times to remove them. She did not.
Instead, she played victim and began contacting all sites I sell my items on (etsy and 1000 markets-both are online shops which I belong to) and reporting that the photos were paid by herself and she owned them. I had numerous items removed because of her complaint. She impersonated herself as a Today's Bride employee to file complaints through both of my shops and also my blog.
I contacted Todays Bride owner Jim Frericks who gave me permission to use the photos as long as I give proper credit to his magazine. You can verify this at Todaysbrideonline.com. Mr. Frericks informed me that neither he nor his magazine, Today's Bride, has ever filed a complaint against my use of the photos.
For the last 6 months, Artzycookies.com (specifically Debbie Minute) has been harassing me, tracking me by my IP address, misrepresenting herself to cause me monetary loss, contacting merchants that I do business with to falsely claim that she owns the rights to photos showing my boxes, falsely advertising my boxes on her online shop as though she makes them (and charging money) to customers and Continually threatening to sue me if I so much as show the photos or contact the real owners, Todays Bride. She has also left negative comments on my personal blog threatening to sue me along with rude comments.
Can someone please help me to just get her to leave me alone, stop contacting me and to stop representing the photos as her own? I have tons of documentation to support all of this. I have saved just about everything.
