Amazon.com & School Of Rebates Up To $100 rebate ripoff Scottsdale Arizona...

I purchased MAC OS X 10.2 Jaguar from www.Amazon.com on August 28. I had a rebate form dated July 28 (I think) which I printed out from their site. When I tried to place the order in July the site said item was out of stock and would not take the order for later delivery. I called amazon.com and was assured that when I was able to place my order I would get the rebate.

When I finally received the software I followed instructions and sent form and proof of purchase. On October 17 I received a form from 'School of Rebates Up to $100' saying that I had submitted an invalid SKU. I called their number (866-348-2492) and was told that they had made a mistake. I spoke to 'Mayette' on Novermber 6. She said that $30 check would be mailed in 8 to 10 weeks. I never received it!
